We’ve made some slight changes to various css selectors and sections within the system.

Along with these changes is the ability to sort tables by columns. Most of the main tables inside the system are now sortable by simply clicking on the relevant column headers.

We’ve extended the recurring invoices section. Previously you could only have recurring invoices every “x” days.

Now, you can create recurring invoices that happen on the “x” of every month as well.

We’ve fixed a small bug that incorrectly worked out the VAT/Tax amount when you removed items from a quote and then saved it.

We’ve made a slight change to invoices and quotes.

If VAT/Tax is applicable to you, your invoices and quotes now show the VAT percentage that was applied (eg .15%) etc.

Bug fix when creating quotes from sales leads February 4, 2009

When you clicked on the “Create Quote” button from a sales lead page, the client was not automatically selected in the client drop-down field on the create quote page.

This has now been fixed.

User guide update January 23, 2009

We have decided to do away with our traditional “PDF” user guide.

Instead, we are currently creating a searchable online help section. To access this, simply click on the “Help” link on the navigation bar when you are logged in.

Project Status January 22, 2009

We’ve added the ability to be able to set a project to either “Active” or “On Hold”.

The project’s status is displayed on the homepage with an icon to see its status at a glance.

RSS feed for client support tickets January 20, 2009

For those of you who are into RSS feeds, you can now subscribe to your client support tickets feed.

When you are viewing your support tickets, click on the orange feed logo opposite the “Client Support Tickets” heading.

The icon will only appear if you have support tickets in your queue.

Having trouble keeping on top of your customer support?

For those of you on the “Professional” package, you now have a brand new feature – support tickets.

When you setup your clients with their logins, they can now create support tickets from within their client area.

When a ticket is created, you will see it on your dashboard until you action it.

As well as the new support tickets feature, we’ve also changed some of the page layouts and colour scheme to tie in with the overall “blue” theme.

Recurring Invoices
You can now create an invoice and set it to create recurring invoices from it at set intervals. Useful if you have clients on monthly contracts for example.

Improved Search
We’ve improved the search facility. Now you can search for quotes and invoices by:

  • Name of client
  • Name of company
  • Quote or invoice contents

You can also now search your calendar events.
